This movie cost a lot to make and bombed. A movie from 1984 set in the 1950's. It had a weird mix of music and fashion of the 50's and 80's which in the most part was done successfully but was slightly unhinging at the same time.
The movie looked great and the performances played tribute to the style of acting from the 50's which was cool.
My only criticism is the ending which dragged on and on!! We had to sit through two very long songs from two performers on stage which didn't carry the story forward in any way, the songs were very 80's and in my opinion were rubbish, so I fast forwarded through them.
